Integrative Massage is a wholistic approach to stress relief and pain management. Integrative massage blends a variety of bodywork disciplines (Swedish, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Acupressure and more) to create a bespoke wellness experience for each client. Integrative Massage releases restrictions in the fascial network and activates the parasympathetic nervous system; which reduces stress and pain and facilitates healing. *The therapist may apply therapeutic limits of discomfort.

This is a gentle technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, aiding in the removal of excess fluid and waste from the body. It involves very light pressure to encourage lymph flow. It helps to loosen muscles tension, encourage blood flow, and reduce inflammation. When combined, manual lymphatic drainage and vacuum cupping can enhance the body's natural detoxification process, improve circulation, and promote overall well-being.

The American Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists considers the best position for a pregnant woman during massage to be side-lying. Tables that provide a hole are unreliable and apply unnecessary pressure to the abdomen, allowing the abdomen to dangle, causing dangerous stretching of the uterine ligaments. Our LMTs use cozy massage pillows and bolsters while mama lays comfortably on her side. The massage therapist is able to give a full-body massage while focusing on areas of discomfort. *Never be shy to let us know you need the powder room.
